William Clark is a sole practitioner.

He nurtures connections to a network of consultants from which the best team is assembled to suit each project.

The practice is experienced with industrial and institutional work, but by far the bulk of our recent projects are single residential design, both new work and alterations and additions. We create design solutions to fit the way our clients want to live.

Developing a good working relationship with the client is of prime importance. We work with the big picture of peoples’ hopes for their future in their family and community and integrate those hopes with the fine detail of the spatial settings within the house. The client is in the driver’s seat and we work together to develop the best possible solution.

We make a thoughtful grouping of spaces amid the views, breezes, sunshine and shade and the sense of place of the site’s context. We modulate the interface between the climate and the individual with a commitment to ecological sustainability and regenerative architecture.
